Office Hours: We invite the public to join Office Hours for the opportunity to ask questions about construction, using this link to join: office hours. Due to low participation we will now hold Office Hours once a month. The current schedule is as follows:

March 6th 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm
May 1st 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Construction Update (as of May 1st):

3 Week Look-Ahead
Inside the fence-line:
- Continue paint and punchlist items.
- Work to finish the loading dock.
- Spring plantings around the building.
- There may be work on some Sundays for construction issues that cannot safely be resolved with other workers in the building and around the site.
- There may be work on some Saturdays. The work will not be noisy or disruptive to the neighborhood.

Outside the fence line:
- We are striping the newly paved Necco Street tomorrow (Thursday May 2nd). Vehicle, pedestrian traffic and parking will be restricted on Necco Street. We expect this work to be concluded Friday but it is weather dependent.
- Material deliveries will continue. The deliveries are typically planned for late afternoon between 3:00pm and 6:00pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. The exact timing of truck arrivals can be weather dependent. If the delivery is outside of these hours, an off-hours permit will be pulled in advance per City of Boston policy.

Beyond 3 Weeks:
- Continue interior/site work, and road improvements.
